You Need a Cure Not a Patch

After some research I found that dentists do not really have a permanent cure for receding gums and gum disease. It appears that the costly patch up dentists do can at times seem to fix the problems, although it is just a matter of time before the issue comes back today everyone 's question is Do Gums Ever Grow Back?

  1. Toothpaste and Mouthwash Make Things Even worse
  2. More research told me that the regular toothpaste and mouthwash products I had been using were full of chemicals that were certainly helping the bacterias to live and grow in my mouth.
  3. While it is best for the bank balance of the dentist who've a constant flow of patients with similar issues, these fixes aren't good for anyone seeking a permanent fix for their gum disease and receding gums.

Oil Pulling

After Oil Pulling, I straight away brushed my teeth with toothpaste. When I spit out the toothpaste it was dark brown in color and the brush bristles were dirty too. I washed with water and when I looked at my teeth in the mirror they were super white --- whiter than they have ever been in my life. I drink tea and coffee every day and those stains and marks were completely gone. Even the spaces between my teeth looked clean --- the characteristic "yellowing" had gone. I'm not sure what the oil did, but I am speculating that the fatty acids in some way dissolved the plaque and stains? That's my theory.
